Growth Out-grows Things

I just celebrated my 30th birthday. Naturally, entering the 30/30 Club put me in a place of reflection. The first thing that came to mind was the GROWTH. In this video I talk about the first of many ideas, that I have about growth and how to promote, manage and achieve it.
